This beautiful vacation home is close to some of the most beautiful villages in the countryside of southern France with the glitz and glamour of the Côte d'Azur at your fingertips.
In a quiet private setting with views over the landscapes all around to even the Massif de l'Esterel, soak up the relaxing atmosphere of this traditional house. After being welcomed with chilled rosé in the fridge upon arrival, you can sit in the shade of the pine trees in the al-fresco lounge to listen to the birdsong and enjoy the view over the valleys and vineyards.
Inside, an effort has been made to continue this soothing atmosphere in the cozy living room, the excellently equipped kitchen, the five charming bedrooms spread over the two floors as well as in the in the new bathrooms. The owner's caring attention to detail is reflected in the books, games and small toys in this comfortable accommodation. A DVD player, Netflix and a Bose sound system add to the homey atmosphere. Egyptian cotton bath linens and even Turkish bath towels by the pool are further examples of the attention to detail.
The Provençal landscaped gardens are beautiful with stone steps and generous terraces richly surrounded by olive trees, herbs, jasmine and lavender. You can dine al fresco on the atmospheric terrace with beautiful views. Through the stairs you reach the pool-house with summer kitchen, pizza oven and barbecue. The hot summer days are a delight at the saltwater pool, while lounging on the deck chairs relaxing in the water.
Fayence is only 3 km away; in the morning a coffee in a nice café or in the evening dinner in one of the many excellent restaurants. The local market is charming and a good way to buy all kinds of local products or to visit the charming stores of the village. The medieval Seillans is nearby, with its steep, winding streets, picturesque squares and fountains, this is counted as one of the 'Plus Beaux Villages' of France. The idyllic Tourrettes and Montauroux or the slightly distant Grasse and St Paul de Vence are also worth visiting.
The Lac de Saint-Cassien lends itself to beautiful walks and water sports and the French Riviera with the beaches of Cannes, Saint-Raphael and Théoule-sur-Mer is easily accessible. Golf enthusiasts have a wide choice of several superb golf courses in the region.

The second floor is accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. There are also exterior stairs leading to the second floor via the master bedroom.
