1 — One-to-one consultation:
We shall arrange a leisurely meeting to ascertain exactly what your plans and search criteria are. The moment you decide to put your venture into our hands, we will sign a mandate and begin our search.
2 — Our mission:
We shall use all our contacts and local knowledge to shortlist properties matching your criteria, which we shall then visit. If we come across an unmissable opportunity, no time will be wasted and we shall contact you to arrange a meeting as soon as possible. Once we have visited a property for you, we’ll provide you with an update comprising a detailed property description with photographs, information on the location, together with our own opinion of the property. You will receive this report by the method of your choice, either email, fax, telephone or post.
3 — Your visits:
In order to maximise your time and minimise your movements, we shall schedule different property visits all on the same day.
4 — Support:
We shall support you in every aspect of the buying process, from the negotiating table to signing the final deed of sale. Our partnership with you officially comes to an end the day you receive the keys.
